Description

Handmade paperbound photographic album with the word "PHOTOGRAPHS" embossed on the front cover. Contains 18 albumen prints taken and compiled by unknown individuals. Album is dated circa 1890. Contains images of unidentified men and women in various unidentified locations. Photos depict individuals sitting in horse horse-drawn carriages, standing in front of unidentified houses, and in a field. Other photos include both the interiors and exteriors of unidentified houses, the Nantasket ferry Mayflower, and the commercial business N.C. Matthews, a seller of shoes in Winchendon, Massachusetts, among others.
