A bound house album labeled Overlea on front cover. A Victorian era ( ca. 1900) shingle style home in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts at 41 Overlea Drive. Album has 17 black and white photographs ( 7 5/16 x 9 1/8) mounted in album (12 x 14 1/4). Photographs include exterior views of house and lawns, and interior rooms of first and second floors. Extensive classical columns, Palladian windows, carved mantels and cornices, and chair rail moldings throughout the house. Interior rooms are large with high ceilings and includes a 3 story tower. Notice the living room with 8 foot wide fireplace and beamed ceiling and the octagonal dining room with pocket doors. Also loose in album are two newspaper clippings from the real estate section of the Sunday Cape Cod Times, August 1, 1993, another undated real estate listing and a recent color snapshot ( 4 ½ x 6). These have been removed to a folder in the album box.
