Photo album titled: "Sedilias 26." Title is hand printed on a round paper label affixed to spine; volume number was also printed on a paper label affixed to spine. Volume number is now detached. Album has a heavy textured dark brown covering and is held together with two metal brads. Album has 72 olive green pages; eleven of the pages are blank. Album contains one loose and 61 mounted black-and-white photographs. Photographs are of sedilia, pews and benches manufactured by A. H. Davenport Co., Irving and Casson, and theri successor, Irving and Casson - A. H. Davenport Co. The order number and year are often shown on a display in the photographs. Customer names are handwritten on two album pages. Named customers are: Christ Church (Gilbertsville, NY) and Euclid Avenue Presbyterian Church (Cleveleand, OH). Digital images of a selection of photographs from the album are attached to this record. Also included in album is one loose pencil drawing of a sedille or pew -- see record CC010.002.108.001.
