Title is hand printed in black on front cover; title, subtitle, and volume number are hand printed in black on spine. Album has a beige fabric covering and 80 dark gray pages, all of which are now loose. Nineteen of the pages are blank. Album contains 62 mounted black-and-white photographs. Photographs are of a variety of dining chairs manufactured by A. H. Davenport Co., Irving and Casson, and their successor, Irving and Casson - A. H. Davenport Co. The styles of the chairs (including both side and arm chairs) are described by the compiler of the album as including: Colonial, Empire, and modern. The order number and year are often shown on a display in the photographs; model numbers are provided in some cases. Customer names are handwritten on some album pages. Named customers are: Mrs. G. E. Baker; Bethlehem Shipbuilding Corp. (Quincy, MA); Edward B. Bruce; Mrs. C. M. Hinkle (Osterville, MA); Mrs. J. A. Pollack; Thayer-McNeil Co.
