Photo album titled: "Chests 55." Title and volume number are hand printed in black on spine. Album has a beige fabric covering and 68 dark gray pages, most of which are now loose. Three of the pages are blank. Album contains 65 mounted black-and-white photographs. Photographs are of a variety of chests manufactured by A. H. Davenport Co., Irving and Casson, and their successor, Irving and Casson - A. H. Davenport Co. The order number and year are often shown on a display in the photographs; model numbers are also provided in some cases. Customer names are handwritten on some album pages. Named customers are: Frank E. Anderson (Houston, TX); Edward Bok (Mountain Lake, FL); Edward Welsh Clucas; W. P. Draper (New York, NY); Henry Hornblower (Boston, MA); C. B. Manning (Manchester, NH); E. Parmalee Prentice (Williamstown, MA): and R. L. Warner (Concord, MA). Digital images of a selection of photographs from the album are attached to this record.
