Album has a heavy textured dark brown covering and is held together with two metal brads. Album has 124 olive green pages; nine of the pages are blank. Album contains one loose and 115 mounted black-and-white photographs. Photographs depict a variety of upholstered arm chairs manufactured by A. H. Davenport Co., Irving and Casson, and their successor, Irving and Casson - A. H. Davenport Co. The order number and year are often shown on a display in the photographs; model numbers are also present in some cases. Customer names are handwritten on two pages. Named customers are: Ames Memorial Library (North Easton, MA) and Bethlehem Shipbuilding Corp. (Quincy, MA). Digital images of a selection of photographs from the album are attached to this record.
