Description

3 plans, 4 elevations, 29 detail drawings, 1 plot plan of a house for Mr. and Mrs. J. K. Lilly III in West Falmouth, Massachusetts (Commission #1674). All drawings are dated and signed by Merton Barrows, Ken Duprey, Warren Rhoter, and C.A.E.

Two-story Colonial Revival with a four car garage, wood shingl roof, red cedar shingle, flush board and clapboard exterior.

Basement has a playroom, bathroom 2 dressing rooms, a kitchen, recreation area, utility area, and "help's lavatory". Remainder of house has a dog kennel, two maid's rooms, guest room with fireplace, bathroom and dressing room; powder room, laundry room, snack room, kitchen, dining room, library with a fireplace, living room with a fireplace, four bedrooms (owner's room has a bathroom and a dressing room) and bathrooms, and a covered porch.
