Drawings depict a two-story saltbox Cape Cod-style house with an asphalt shingle roof and a clapboard exterior. House has living room with fireplace, kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Plans also depict possible future expansion with an additional two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor.
