Description

Set of eight architectural drawings of house for Warren A. Ellsworth in Worcester, Massachusetts (commission #527) including three elevations, three plans, one plot plan, and one detail. No drawings are dated or signed.

Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with a slate hip roof and a whitewashed brick and flush board exterior. House has a vestibule, living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, pantry, lavatory, covered porch, two maid's rooms and one maid's bathroom, four bedrooms, dressing room, two bathrooms, roof deck, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room is on the basement level.
