Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a steeply pitched slate roof and a brick, stucco and board exterior. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, maid's room and bathroom, covered porch, three bedrooms, and one bathroom. A two-car garage is located on the basement level.
