Drawings depict a two-story two-family Garrison Colonial Revival-style house with white brick exterior. Building has two one-car garages on basement level. Each separate unit has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, one bath, and covered porch. Two additional bedrooms are shown in the attic.
