Description

Set of fifteen architectural drawings of a two-family house for developer Carl S. Whittier in Newton, Massachusetts (commission #163-B) including four elevations, four plans, fourframing plans, one plot plan, and two details. Drawings are in pencil on trace. No drawings are dated or signed.

Drawings depict a two-story two-family Garrison Colonial Revival-style house with white brick exterior. Building has two one-car garages on basement level.
