Set of seven architectural drawings of house for builder Chester S. Patten in Melrose, Massachusetts (commission #390) including four elevations and three plans. No drawings are dated or signed.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a whitewashed brick and rough board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study or maid's room, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. A playroom with fireplace is on the basement level.
