Description

Set of seven architectural drawings of house for builder Chester S. Patten in Melrose, Massachusetts (commission #390) including four elevations and three plans. No drawings are dated or signed.

Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a whitewashed brick and rough board exterior.
