Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with four front dormers and a brick, shingle, and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, kitchen, eating nook, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
