Set of twelve architectural drawings of house for Robert Muller in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts (commission #305) including five elevations, three plans, two framing plans, and two details. One elevation is dated and signed "RBW.".
Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with a slate hip roof and a clapboard and brick exterior. House has a vestibule, living room with fireplace, library, dining room, kitchen, pantry, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, maid's sitting room, four bedrooms, dressing room, play room, and two bathrooms. A recreation room and two-car garage are on the basement level.
