Set of sixteen architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Maxwell F. Evelith in Kennebunkport, Maine (commission #1248) including three elevations, three plans, one rendering, and nine details. Two drawings are dated; some are signed Richard E. Minot.
Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with an asphalt shingle hip roof and a brick, clapboard, and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A future rumpus room with fireplace is shown on the basement level.
