Description

Set of sixteen architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Maxwell F. Evelith in Kennebunkport, Maine (commission #1248) including three elevations, three plans, one rendering, and nine details. Two drawings are dated; some are signed Richard E. Minot.

Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with an asphalt shingle hip roof and a brick, clapboard, and flush board exterior.
