Set of eight architectural drawings of house for Donald Johnson in Upton, Massachusetts (commission #1069) including three elevations, three plans, one framing plan, and one detail. Drawings are dated but not signed. Design is based on house shown on page 43 of "Houses for Homemakers."
Drawings depict a two-story Garrison Colonial Revival-style house with a cedar shingle roof and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, nursery, and one bathroom.
