Description

Set of nine architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Albert E. Paine in Lincoln, Massachusetts (commission #1565) including three elevations, two plans, two plot plans, one rendering, and one detail. Most drawings are signed and dated by Royal Barry Wills, Merton S. Barrows, or Warren J. Rhoter. One plot plan was made by registered land surveyors Snelling & Hilton of Lincoln, Massachusetts.

Drawings depict a one-story ranch-style house with a shingle roof and a whitewashed brick and pine siding exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, and an attached one-car carport. The lower level is unfinished.
