Set of nineteen architectural drawings of house for Alfred H. Bartell in Newton Centre, Massachusetts (commission #744) including four elevations, three plans, one plot plan, three framing plans, and eight details. Most drawings are dated; some are signed by Nathaniel Perry Tufts.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a hip roof and a whitewashed brick exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
