Description

This subseries is a collection of 128 glass plate negatives that were arranged and numbered by Yankee Publishing. Each negative has a unique identifier. The numbered negatives are unique images that had trouble fitting into any of the subjects assigned by Yankee Publishing. Each negative is individually labeled, with titles such as “Oxen pulling boat,” “Four men in an outdoor pool,” “Snow scene with a row of trees,” and others. While the majority of the negatives are 4 X 5 glass plates, numbers 122 - 123 are larger film negatives. Negative numbers 60 and 98 is missing.
