Description

This subseries includes glass plate and acetate or nitrate negatives that depict logging and lumbering around New England. The negatives show individuals and groups in the logging and lumbering business, but also the natural environment surrounding the business. The negatives come from a variety of New England locations, including Paris, Maine, Cavendish, Vermont, and Waterville Valley, New Hampshire. Negatives 2093 and 2094 are nitrate and have been removed to box 19, container 000017835.
