This slightly sepia-toned lithograph shows very good architectural detail of City Hall with an impressionistic view of landscaping and Niles building next to City Hall in shadows. There are groupings of people in front and the legend gives the dates of building construction and names of the building committees and mayors during the period. Gridley J. F.
