Be it known, that Freedom Lodge, in Woburn U.S. of America, is under our jurisdiction; and that full faith may be given to its Masonic Acts. Given at Boston, this ninth day of Nov. A.L. 5825."
The certificate also has a ribbon with the seal of the Masons on the left side.
