Description

Bound album with floral patterned fabric cover containing black-and-white photographs of Grey Pines, Kenneth Grey Sears's summer house in West Dennis, Massachusetts. The photographs depict the interior, exterior, lighting, and landscaping of the house. Spaces such as bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, facade of the house, and the landscaped garden and yard are featured. Grey Pines was built by noted New England architect David Fried and built by builder Seth R. Nickerson of S. R. Nickerson, Inc. The album contains 27 pages and 23 photographs. 22 of the photographs are in black and white and one is in color. The album was made by Favor, Ruhl & Co., an art supply store with locations in New York and Chicago.
