Series contains a bound album and two folders of materials removed from a binder depicting Kenneth Gray Sears house Grey Pines in West Dennis, Massachusetts. The album contains black-and-white and color photographs. Binder materials include black-and-white photographs; assorted ephemera; and architectural drawings. Photographic materials depict the houses interior; exterior; lighting; and landscaping during and after the construction process. Photographs of Sears, his relatives, and friends are also included. Some of the photographs were photographed by architectural photographer Arthur C. Haskell.
