This subseries is made up of a small collection of correspondence dating from 1795 to 1810 and literary papers, including an obituary. Mary Plummer Sayward was born in 1771. She married Jonathan Sayward Barrell in 1795 and had eight children with him: Nathaniel, Jonathan Sayward, Elizabeth, George, Mary, Oliver Keating, Joseph, and Octavius. She died in 1814.
