Spencer-Peirce-Little Farm is a beautiful, historic, rustic location for a wedding. The 230-acre property features level fields for tents, a climate-controlled visitor center, a 1775 great barn and a 1690 manor house, which is a lovely focal point for a wedding ceremony.
Spencer-Peirce-Little Farm has teamed up with Tangorra Wedding Planning, Boston and the North Shore’s premier wedding planning company, to assist couples planning their weddings. Please contact us for additional information.
Wedding Rental Rates, May – October (excluding July):
Rental fee: $4,900
Ceremony fee: $850
Your rental fee supports Historic New England’s mission to preserve and share New England heritage. To express our thanks for your support, we offer you a complimentary one-year membership. Membership benefits include free admission to Historic New England sites, discounts on merchandise and events, and a subscription to Historic New England magazine.

All wedding clients are required to hire Tangorra Wedding Planning to assist with Spencer-Peirce-Little Farm weddings.
We strongly encourage all weddings to add a house tour to their event. The 1690 manor house can be opened for ten minute exclusive tours during cocktail hour for an additional charge of $195.
