The standard rental is for eight hours, which includes five hours for your event, with the balance for set-up and clean-up. However, events may be extended to fit your needs. The rental fee includes the use of carriage house (30′ X 50’) and south lawn grounds, two accessible restrooms, kitchen facilities, the use of one hundred folding chairs, eight 60” round tables, and two buffet tables.
