This series includes biographical and historical information about F. Patterson Smith, his professional career, and his colleagues. It includes professional materials such as billhead and letterhead from Smith’s firms, biographical works about Smith and his colleagues, research documents about the locations of Smith’s firms, newspaper clippings, photographs, documentation of some of Smith’s family members, and publications related to Smith and/or his colleagues, including articles written by H. Langford Warren; newspaper clippings and miscellaneous articles which document Smith’s colleagues, including writing by and about them and their obituaries; and modern documentation of Smith’s architectural projects. This series also includes a set of unidentified negatives of a residence, probably in Cambridge, Mass.
