Description

Contains front elevation, design for a front fence, and a sketch of a proposed extension on the north side for the residence of James Phillips, Jr., 428 Main Street, Fitchburg, Mass. The house was built by Dr. Jonas A. Marshall. C. J. Billings married Marshall's daughter and owned the house for a time; later, James Phillips purchased the house. The house was demolished prior to 1989.
