Design drawing titled "White Mahog. Toilet Table (Painted Decoration)" rendered in pencil on trace. Front view of dressing table and attached mirror is shown; top plan of table is also shown. Neoclassical-style toilet or dressing table has rectangular form with two slightly bowed side sections in front; narrow splashboard with concave corner ends; overhanging top; two shallow drawers with bail handles on either side of shallow center drawer; painted bellflower and ribbon garland and swag on center drawer; stiles painted with interlaced oval motif; tapered square legs with painted bellflowers; and tapered cylindrical feet. Rectangular mirror frame has concave corners at top; molderd rim; two tapered columnar supporting arms with pineapple finials and stepped bases. Title, design notes, "Made for D. C. Blair Esq. 29850" and "11348" are handwritten on drawing.
