Covered Satsuma ginger jar with ovoid body, short straight neck, domed cover with rim that extends over the neck surmounted by a round gilt finial. Painted polychrome decoration of Asian men in a landscape scene with a tiger around the body and painted polychrome geometric and floral patterns around the neck and the cover.
