Special thanks to generous donors

Together, we met the challenge! We are thrilled to announce that we achieved our goal of raising $100,000 by March 31 for the Pierce House Accessibility Fund and secured a $100,000 matching grant from a generous donor.

More than fifty individuals and two organizations contributed to this effort! We are deeply grateful for their extraordinary generosity and enthusiasm for this preservation project.

Why Pierce House matters

More than twenty years ago, Historic New England reinvented Pierce House as a place for children to explore local and national heritage through high-quality, interactive, and engaging education programs. Its evolution continues thanks to many generous donors, and innovative improvements to ensure that there are no physical barriers to student participation are now fully funded. Thank you for supporting our vision for a meaningful and accessible experience.

If you missed the challenge match, but would still like to support Pierce House and our Boston education programs, please donate now.
