What’s Your Shoe Story? (Prototype for All-Staff on Dec 8th)

Historic New England will be opening “Shoe Stories: Past, Present, Future” at the new Welcome and Exhibition Center in Haverhill in 2026! Part of this exhibition is an in-person interactive experience where visitors can write down their very own shoe stories on shoe-shaped cards, which will then be displayed in the gallery. We are developing a web interactive experience where visitors can write their shoe stories in an online form, and upload an accompanying image of their shoes, which will then be displayed online after staff content approval. This form is a staff prototype to a) test the usability of the form and b) gather some starter content for the Shoe Stories interactive experience.
