The Nina Heald Webber collection of postcards is comprised of approximately 860 postcards of buildings and landscapes found primarily in New England that are significant to the collector and her life. The postcards date from circa 1900 to 1976. The collection includes photographic and artistic depictions of several notable places across New England and beyond, including Boston, MA; Falmouth, MA; Dedham, MA; South Carver, MA; Sandwich, MA; Barre, MA; Brookline, MA; Cape Cod, MA; Northampton, MA; Westwood MA; Suffield, CT; West Suffield, CT; Denmark, ME; Pablo Beach, FL; Ponte Vedra, FL; and Gingling College (now Jingling College) in Nanjing, China. There are also depictions of the aftermath of the 1938 Hurricane in MA and RI and several illustrations of Boston Terriers. The buildings and landmarks featured in this collection include churches, libraries, schools, homes, seascapes, parks, and bridges.
