Silver plated caster stand on domed circular foot w/ machine beaded edges; 4 rod supports for a revolving circular "wheel" w/ five round cut-out holes for glass bottles; long turned stem w/ beading terminating in cast oval handle surmounted by a scroll and ball crest.
