The house would have been located in Brookline, Massachusetts. It was completed by the architect John Barnard Sr. and is undated. The second propsed design shows a Tudor Revival style house drawn in colored pencil. The house would have been located in Brookline, Massachusetts, and was completed by Haven & Hoyt Architects. It is dated August 19, 1930.
