Description

Federal or Sheraton-style settee has double-chair back form with two rectangular backs; straight crest rails with concave top corners and molded edges; two splats, each with a carved kylix within an open oval frame atop a fluted column; straight stiles with molded edges above ams; open curved arms and arm supports; rectangular seat with over-the-rail upholstery; tapered square front legs; and two splayed rear legs. Paper has been cut on right side; partial handwritten title "Doubl.. ." is present.
