Series contains miscellaneous manuscripts, including a receipt for payment to two soldiers in the fifth and seventh Continental regiments signed by Stephen Osgood; a letter to Miss Hannah Barker in Boston, Massachusetts; a letter from Charles Hayes at Phillips Exeter Academy to his aunt; and a pamphlet detailing the history of Broadhearth. With the exception of the Broadhearth pamphlet, these materials are unrelated to C. L. Cooney and C. L. Cooney Antiques. However, they were retained as part of the collection as the materials were found and subsequently donated with the account books.
