Series contains printed materials and manuscripts, including two of Harry B. William’s travel journals; two maps, one depicting part of Newton Highlights and the other depicting part of Ward 5 in the city of Newton (includes annotated photocopies of earlier maps); a copy of the 4th edition of Songs of the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity; a copy of Instruction Pamphlet for Gunner’s Examination in the Field Artillery; a notebook belonging to Mabel W. Williams containing notes from a Red Cross surgical dressing course; a copy of A Glossary of Wool Terms; two copies of a bulletin from the U.S. Department of Agriculture discussing insects and crops.
Miscellaneous printed materials include one miniature copy of Life magazine; and a military appointment certificate for Harry B. Williams, and a photocopy an 1892 four-page article in Scientific American Architects and Builders Edition about the house at 7 Norman Road. 2 real estate publications show photographs of the home at 7 Norman Road including, floor plans, plot plans, listing sheet, and map.
