Description

John Anderson & Co.'s chewing tobacco was registered September 1, 1862. Arthur Gillender & Company is the successor to John Anderson & Company. The box lid has two testimonials, one of which is dated March 1842. The dark blue box has gold lettering and decoration with a building image on the cover.
