Series contains nine floor plans designed by architectural firm Parker, Thomas & Rice. Six of the floor plans were designed solely by Parker, Thomas & Rice. Three of the floor plans were designed by Parker, Thomas & Rice in conjunction with the Francis H. Bacon Company. The six floor plans designed solely by Parker, Thomas & Rice are unmounted. The three designed in conjunction with the Francis H. Bacon Company were completed on tracing paper and subsequently mounted. The drawings were numbered one through nine during processing.
