Chippendale-style settee has double-seat back with two slightly arched crest rails with carved ornamentation; pierced intertwined splats; open curved arms with scrolled handholds; curved; arm supports; rectangular upholstered seat with nail trim on lower edge; two cabriole front legs terminating in ball-and-claw feet; and two splayed rear legs. The notation "Carved Back"' is handwritten on drawing.
