This is a floor plan for a proposed addition to Jacob Boehner's house at the corner of Amory Terrace and Amory Street in Roxbury, Mass. The original house was three stories high, and the proposed restaurant was to be placed in front at 33 Amory Street. The structure was to be just one story with a flat roof.
