Historic New England is committed to protecting your privacy and will never sell or share the information you provide when making a donation online, through the mail, in person, or by telephone with any other organizations, except as required by law. If we are doing a joint program with another non-profit organization, you will be provided the opportunity to opt in to share your email with that organization.

Use of Information

We do not sell, rent, exchange, or otherwise share email addresses or telephone numbers with anyone outside of Historic New England. However, we may use email addresses collected from website interactions to periodically communicate with users about topics we believe may be of interest. Historic New England member information also is never sold or rented. However, we do occasionally exchange names and street addresses on a one-for-one basis with other non-profit organizations. Children Twelve and Under

Please note that any information voluntarily entered by a child twelve or under may be available to Historic New England until we are made aware that the user is under the age of thirteen and we have had the opportunity to remove it.
