Historic New England is seeking a resourceful, articulate, and results-driven professional to play a lead role in advancing our revenue goals by securing grant funding to support program initiatives and general operations. An exceptional and evocative writer with a keen eye for context, the grants manager will craft compelling funding proposals that present Historic New England’s programmatic initiatives in succinct and innovative ways. This position will manage the overall grants portfolio for institutional program and general operating support in partnership with team leaders and staff, while strategically and systematically leading cultivation and stewardship efforts.
Classification: Full time; exempt
Location: Remote based; New England region residency required (ME, NH, MA, RI, CT, VT); periodic travel required
