History Non-profit: $125

History Non-profit membership is designed for historical societies, proprietors of historic properties, and small to mid-sized history museums that wish to collaborate with Historic New England in the preservation of historic buildings, art, artifacts, landscapes, and furnishings, and the celebration of the lives and stories of New Englanders.

Benefits:

  • Member publications, including Historic New England magazine (three issues per year) and our Guide to Historic Properties
  • Four single-use guest passes to be used by your staff, employees, or customers
  • Organization receives 10% discount at Historic New England shops and the Lyman Estate Greenhouses
  • Member rate admission for two individuals for events each year across New England
  • Listing with link on HistoricNewEngland.org.
  • One discounted Speakers Bureau lecture (discount to be negotiated and travel costs must be covered)
Library and School: $125

This special membership category is exclusively for libraries and schools that wish to lend passes to their cardholders and students and receive Historic New England’s publications and special offers. It includes two membership cards for staff and/or patrons, each valid for free admission for two adults and their children under eighteen to all Historic New England sites.

Historic New England runs high-quality school and youth programs such as field trips, programs at your own school or library, and out-of-school time programs.

Can’t come to us? Our education staff can bring programs to your school or youth center, after-school group, summer camp, or vacation week program.

Benefits:

  • Two membership cards that can be used by staff and patrons for admission to Historic New England properties
  • Member publications, including Historic New England magazine (three issues per year) and two copies of our Guide to Historic Properties
  • 10% discount on school programs for member schools
