Swivel arm chair has high rounded back with wide continuous crest rail and stiles; straight lower back rail; upholstered back panel; flat shaped arms with rounded ends; curved arm supports; rounded upholstered seat; single row of metal tacks along upholstered edges of back and seat; narrow plain seat rail; and post with swivel mechanism atop four curved legs with casters.Very faint handwritten note on drawing states that the chair is for the Town Clerk's office but it does specify for what city.
