Rococo Revival-style easy chair has upholstered back with serpentine crest rail and large carved rocaille ornament at center; upholstered flaring wings and molded shaped stiles flowing into continuous arms; carved scrolls and upholstered pads on arms; curved arm supports; upholstered seat with serpentine front and single row of metal tacks along bottom edge; shaped seat rails and cabriole legs with carved foliate decoration; and scrolled toe and peg feet. "Mr. Proctor / 47174" and "3489" are handwritten on drawing.
