George G. Adams, based in Lawrence and Danvers, MA was an active architect between 1879-1926. Designing in the Romantic Revival Style, some of his most prominent works include the Old Franklin Library and the Rollins School in Lawrence, MA.
These floor plans were for the Peirce House in Methuen, MA, built between 1889-1890. It was built for Dr. James Peirce and his wife. Considered a historic site by the city of Methuen, it is located at 15 Pleasant St., Methuen, MA.
