Light blue ribbed silk bonnet with ruching around brim; silk ribbon rosette at top and continuing down right side; blue ostrich feathers from top to left ear; three blue silk ribbons from rosette to bow with streamers with ruching and netted lining; small neck ruffle; wired frame brim lined with cream tulle with scalloped edge; white silk lining with net at inside center back for support; silk ribbon ties.
